Well, every day we deal with people we sure as hell wish we wouldn't have to, and of course, we also hear things that we wish we didn't.
"If a job starts to mess too much with your personal life you have to leave it"
Now, first of all without the job, there's no personal life to cling onto, for you have no way of living if you don't have a job. Leaving a job at the first hint of real responsibility, is clearly a weakness, we've all made mistakes of course, but having said phrase as a life philosophy is not gonna lead anywhere good.
There are people more prompt to certain pressures at a work place, but pretending to be relaxed and with servants at your job, is not something to aspire to.
The decision to leave a job, must come - even more so if you are supporting a family or your own - from meditation about pros and cons in the job you have, and taking the chance that the one you are changing this one for, is gonna keep the promises they make when you're first hired.
Being unhappy with your job, in matters of unfulfillment, and under appreciation of the job provided, are usually a basic rule of every people working around the globe. There are a lucky few, who actually enjoy everything about their job, and will make every effort to keep it that way.
Second and last, how can anybody have a real and healthy ambition towards a career when you decide to leave a job because it's not letting you have enough free time, which is always important, however pretending to have five out of the seven days free, and work only two, and of course getting paid like it was actually the other way around, that's being the most lowest of laziness there is. Not to mention, that is the worse of examples one can set for one's youngsters. The threshold of frustration that we apply to our work life, will show that we care enough about ourselves to make a little sacrifice in order to grow, in every way.
